Common questions about your visit

What should I bring to my first appointment?
A document with your personal ID code — we use it to check your entitlement to the Tervisekassa benefit. If you have recent scans or notes from another dentist, bring them: it saves both time and money. Come five minutes early so you can fill in the health questionnaire without rushing.
What language is the appointment in?
Estonian, Russian, English, French or Swedish — whichever suits you best. Mention it when you book and we'll assign a dentist who speaks the language you need.
Where can I park?
There are free spaces for patients by the entrance. If they are taken, the city car park and the bus station car park are next door — 30–40 metres from our door.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Call us or write to info@souldental.ee and we'll find you a new time. If you are running 10–15 minutes late, tell us — we'll try to fit you in if the schedule allows.
How can I pay for treatment?
By card or in cash at the clinic. Major work — implants, prosthetics, braces — can be spread over up to 120 months (Holm Bank, LHV Finance, MediCredit, ESTO), and a decision on the application takes about five minutes. Tervisekassa covers part of the sum: 60 € a year for adults with the patient paying 50%, and 105 € for eligible groups with the patient paying 12.5%.
Can I come with my child?
Yes, we see children and adults alike. A child's first visit usually involves no treatment at all: the dentist gets acquainted, shows the instruments and counts the teeth — so that next time the child walks in calmly.
I'm very afraid of dentists. What can I do?
Say so when you book and again to the dentist in the surgery. We work at your pace, agree on a stop signal, explain every step and offer VR goggles with headphones.
