Cancelling an appointment
Let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we can still offer the slot to another patient.
Why it matters
When we book a time for you, the clinic prepares the room and reserves the time of a dentist and an assistant. That time is closed to other patients, and if we learn of your absence at the last moment it is simply lost — while someone in pain is waiting for an appointment.
The rule
If you cannot come, please let us know no later than 24 hours before the agreed time.
Cancelling or moving an appointment less than 24 hours ahead, or not turning up without notice, is charged at €50.

- Your name and the time of the visit are enough — we will find a new time straight away.
If you fall ill or something unforeseen happens, call anyway: we look at such cases on their merits.
