Dental care with health insurance in Tallinn
You can pay for dental treatment at our clinic with your health insurance. With Confido and LHV we settle directly — you pay only what your insurance does not cover. With other insurers you pay for the treatment yourself and we provide the documents to claim reimbursement under your policy.

How payment works depends on your insurance. Soul Dental Studio has a direct agreement with Confido Terviselahendus; LHV claims are settled through Confido. For the other insurers listed, we provide the documents you need to submit your own claim.
How treatment is paid for with each insurer
| Insurer | How payment works | What you need to do |
|---|---|---|
| Confido Terviselahendus | Invoice goes directly to the insurer | Tell us you have Confido when you book |
| LHV | Invoice goes directly via Confido | Notify Confido at least 24 hours before your visit |
| ERGO | Pay at the clinic, then claim reimbursement | For treatment from €300 you can request a letter of guarantee — we prepare the treatment plan with prices |
| If, Compensa Life, PZU, Seesam, IIZI, BTA and others | Pay at the clinic, then claim reimbursement | Get the invoice and proof of payment at the clinic. If your insurer needs a treatment summary, ask the receptionist for it. |
Which services are covered, how much is reimbursed and your share of the cost depend on your insurance terms and the limit you have left.
Say the treatment costs €200. If it is fully covered, you have enough of your limit left and your excess under the contract is 10%, you pay €20 and the insurer pays €180. This is an illustrative example — the exact amount depends on your insurance.
Confido Terviselahendus
Billed directly
After your appointment the receptionist calculates the payment in the Confido system and explains which part is covered by Tervisekassa, which by Confido, and how much is left for you to pay. If your insurance cover is not enough
When your insurance limit has run out or part of the treatment is not covered, you can pay your share of the bill in instalments over up to 120 months.
How it works with insurance
- With Confido and LHV the insurer pays its part directly to the clinic. Only the amount left for you to pay goes into the instalment plan.
- The Tervisekassa dental benefit is also deducted before the instalment plan is drawn up.
- The amount financed equals the amount in the treatment plan. The clinic adds no mark-up.
Our instalment partners
Instalment plans are provided by the banks and finance companies we work with. Tap a partner to see its terms.
You apply yourself on the partner's website, signing in with an ID card, Mobiil-ID or Smart-ID. A decision comes in about five minutes.
Insurance and the Tervisekassa dental benefit
If you are entitled to the Tervisekassa dental benefit, let the receptionist know. Whether the remaining cost can be reimbursed by your private insurance depends on the terms of your contract.
Employer benefits via Stebby
We are a Stebby partner. If your employer provides a health benefit through Stebby, you can use it to pay for treatment with us — just mention it when you book.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use my insurance if it is not with Confido?
Yes, if your insurance covers dental care. With Confido and LHV we settle directly. If you are with another insurer, you pay for the treatment at the clinic and we provide the documents to claim reimbursement under your policy.
What should I say when booking?
Tell us the name of your insurer. With Confido Terviselahendus and LHV we invoice directly; with other insurers we prepare the documents.
Does insurance cover implants?
It depends on the contract. Confido Terviselahendus dental cover can include prosthetics and implants. The exact limit is in your contract. Before treatment we give you a treatment plan with prices.
How do I find out my limit and how much is left?
The limit is stated in your insurance contract. Your current balance can be checked in the insurer's self-service or app, or by asking the insurer directly. With Confido, the receptionist sees the amount covered for a specific visit after the appointment, once the services have been entered into the system.
What if the insurer refuses to reimburse?
Ask the insurer for the reason: usually a document is missing or the procedure is not covered. If an additional document is needed — an invoice, a treatment summary or a plan with prices — we will provide it.
Does insurance cover hygiene and whitening?
Professional hygiene is usually included in dental cover; whitening usually is not, as it is a cosmetic procedure. Your contract has the definitive answer.
Will insurance reimburse a prepayment or a subscription?
It depends on your insurance terms. Under the terms referred to below, Seesam and BTA do not reimburse prepayment invoices. If you have paid an advance, ask for the final invoice once the services have been provided: it is needed for the claim to be considered.
Seesam's terms also exclude subscriptions and packages. Before buying Soul Care, check with your insurer whether this exclusion applies to the option you have chosen.

My employer's insurance ended in the middle of treatment — what now?
Tell the receptionist before your next visit. The stages already completed are processed under the insurance; the rest is paid as usual, in instalments if you wish.
Can I find out in advance how much I will pay?
You can get an estimate. After the examination we draw up a treatment plan with prices. Use it to check with your insurer which services are covered, how much of your limit is left and what share you need to pay yourself. With Confido, the exact amount covered for the visit is visible once the services have been entered into the system.
Can I use my insurance together with the Tervisekassa benefit?
Yes, if you are entitled to the Tervisekassa dental benefit, you have some of it left and your insurance terms provide for reimbursement of the remaining costs. The Tervisekassa benefit is applied first, then the insurance cover is determined.
With Confido, the calculation is done at the clinic. If you submit a claim to another insurer yourself, state the amount already covered by Tervisekassa. If you are not entitled to the Tervisekassa benefit, reimbursement depends on your insurance terms.
Book with your insurance
Tell us your insurer when you book — the receptionist will explain what to bring and how payment works.
If your plans change, let us know at least 24 hours before the appointment — that way the time can go to another patient who needs it.
