Head dentist of the clinic. She performs complex surgery and implant treatment, sees patients for general dentistry and is responsible for the clinical protocols at Soul Dental Studio. In implant treatment she keeps the number and the complexity of surgical steps to the minimum the case allows.
About the dentist
Dr Ksenia graduated in dentistry from the University of Tartu, took a second dental degree at St Petersburg State University and completed her surgical residency there. Since 2019 she has been head dentist at Soul Dental Studio: she writes the clinical protocols the whole team works to, and reviews difficult cases together with the surgeon and the orthodontist.
A perfectionist in everything she does, whether it is saving one tooth or replacing several. She plans implant treatment so that there are as few surgical steps as possible and the operation itself is predictable. Diagnostics come first: an X-ray and photographs before treatment, a follow-up visit after.
“Patients have the right to know what is going on in their mouth and to choose. My job is to explain the options honestly — including the one where we do nothing for now and simply keep an eye on it.”
