Liability insurance
The clinic's liability is insured as the law requires — this protects the patient if treatment causes harm.
A legal obligation
Since 1 November 2024, every healthcare provider in Estonia must hold compulsory liability insurance — known as patient insurance. It covers harm caused to a patient by a breach of duty in the course of care.
Soul Dental OÜ holds such a contract.
